Advocacy	Disseminating reliable information about coaching,  its techniques, models, practices and methodology with a view to supporting the highest professional standards and promoting an authentic and positive  image of our emerging profession. Non-profits	Helping the helpers  to accomplish their mission more efficiently by providing  individual or group coaching, workshops and training to their staff  and support for organizational development and capacity building. We facilitate meetings that will generate authentic value for the organization, using various group conversation techniques, including the World Café.
