Pilot workshop for Artists and Musicians (in French)

11 July 2009, La Diamanterie, St Genis Pouilly, France

- Connect to your inner force,  identify personal resources and connect to your life dream.

- Develop your professional project, clarify your goal and create your personal action plan.

On 11 July 2009 seven artists gathered at La Diamanterie Studio in St Genis Pouilly for a full-day workshop aimed at personal empowerment and clarifying their professional project.  This free workshop was led by two volunteer Coaches for Peaces, both musicians, within the framework of the Association's activities in support of the arts as a powerful means to improve the human condition and foster peace in the world.

The workshop was conducted on the basis of experential learning and presented leading-edge self-mastery techniques used in leadership training and high-level performance and sports coaching.

In the morning, participants practiced skills for improved presence and greater personal empowerment. 

In the afternoon, a special "resourceful" jam session involving all the arts delivered a magic moment of presence and connection.  

The rest of the afternoon was dedicated to clarifying professional projects, identifying resources and initiating an action plan.

Participants were engaged in various activities aimed at creating a bridge between their skills as artists and the competencies required to manage a professional project towards success.

This first pilot workshop for artists and musicians was a wonderful experience and a great source of learning for both the participants and the coaches.
